Chez Thuy (The Home of Thuy) is a Vietnamese cuisine that embraces a rich blend of culinary traditions including French, Chinese, Thai, and Indonesian and anything that compliments our Vietnamese heritage.

We use only high-quality meat, seafood, and seasonings to create the perfect meal. We select the freshest vegetables and healthiest herbs and spices including basil, lemongrass, tamarind, and ginger then cook it with ingredients like jicama, papaya, mango and pineapple to give our customers the most exciting and delicious authentic dishes.​
